Annual Park Pass Annual New Jersey State Park Passes provide free entrance for one calendar year to NJ state parks and forests that charge daily entrance fees. A secondary household pass may be purchased at a reduced price using the Add 2nd Household Pass option after adding the 1st pass to your cart. New Jersey residents age 62 or older or who are disabled may be eligible for a Free Senior Citizen Pass or Disability Pass. For further information, please contact 1-800-843-6420. Mobile Sport Fishing Permit Mobile sport fishing permits provide vehicular access to the beach for the sole purpose of sport fishing at the Park the permit is issued for. Permits are good for the entire calendar year purchased. IBSP MSFV Weekday Permits exclude access on weekends and holidays during peak visitation. Please review the Terms and Conditions page for information specific for the area of your permit purchase and specific access dates for the IBSP Weekday Permit.
Park Passes/Mobile Sport Fishing Permits are made available on December 1st each year for the coming year. Free Senior Annual Park Passes and Veteran MSFV Permits are not currently available through the online system. Please contact the park/location directly for further assistance.
