To access the service, you will need to enter the first 9 digits of your New Jersey Tax/Employer Identification Number (9 digits) and the Business Name Control

Enter the first four non-blank characters of your business name. If the business name is less than 4 characters, finish the field with hyphens. Do not enter spaces, slashes, or any other special characterr except an apmersand (&) or a hyphen.
