For requests delivered via a courier service, 8.5 business hours from the time the document is received and entered in the system. Our ability to meet the 8.5 hour time window is subject to daily work load and other operational factors.
For in-person delivery -- If you deliver your documents and copy of your order confirmation sheet in person between the hours of 8:30am and 2:00pm, you will be able to wait for your work request to be completed and obtain the Apostille(s)/certification(s) you requested (wait time will be up to 2.5 hours after you deliver your document(s) ). Note that our ability to provide walk-in service is subject to daily work load and other operational factors. Accordingly, if you opt for the walk-in service, we strongly encourage you to check with the office before arriving to see if walk-in services are on schedule.
