Division of Gaming Enforcement Voluntary Self-Exclusion Registration

This page is provided by the Division of Gaming Enforcement as an avenue for gamblers to register for Voluntary Self Exclusion from gaming activity.

By taking this action, you are stating that all gaming activities must cease for the selected timeframe. You are not merely closing your account; you are prohibiting ALL identified gaming activity in New Jersey.

In addition to this online service, you can register for Voluntary Self Exclusion by contacting the Division of Gaming Enforcement at 1-833-788-4DGE to set up a video or in-person conference or you can sign up in-person at a New Jersey racetrack.

Division of Gaming Enforcement Self-Exclusion Removal

You can submit a request to be removed from the New Jersey Self Exclusion List by clicking the button below.

You can submit a request for removal only after the expiration of the minimum one-year or five-year self exclusion period you chose on your Request for Voluntary Exclusion from casino and simulcasting activities, racetrack sports wagering activities and/or internet gaming and sports wagering activities form.

If you are removed from the Voluntary Self-Exclusion List, all gaming activities in New Jersey will be re-instated, including gaming at all casino properties, internet gaming and sports wagering, and retail sports wagering locations in New Jersey.

However, you may continue to be subject to other Responsible Gaming Programs enacted by individual casinos, racetrack sports wagering providers and internet (online) gaming providers.

The Waiver of Liability that you previously signed with the submission of your "Request for Voluntary Exclusion from Casino Gambling Form" remains in full force and effect.
